By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor may contact the entrant using the email address, phone number or other contact information provided with the entry, to administer and fulfill this Sweepstakes. WINNER SELECTION and ODDS: On or about June 2, 2025, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES: Upon verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the winner will receive the following prize: Retail value of $15,000 toward a bath or shower conversion or remodel. Visit Sponsor’s webpage at https://azbaths.com/sweepstakes/, https://seattlebaths.com/sweepstakes/, https://stlouisbath.com/sweepstakes/ for a listing of products sold by Sponsor. The retail value of the Grand Prize is $15,000. The $15,000 includes the cost of labor and material. Installation must be provided by Sponsor’s personnel or designee. Sponsor’s personnel or designee shall obtain any required permit to perform the installation. Any costs in excess of the stated maximum retail value shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner. All expenses not specifically provided for are the sole responsibility of the winner. The address listed on each entry form must be an eligible address as provided for in Section 4 of these Official Rules and must be the address where any product will be installed or where any services are rendered. All dollars are expressed in U.S. currency. The winner’s home must be in suitable condition for installation (e.g., plumbing and electric in compliance with local building codes and regulations, no water, mold, or structural damage). Any waterproofing, remediation or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as deemed by Sponsor or its designees in their sole discretion) must be performed at the winner’s expense prior to installation. The winner must arrange for prize installation no later than one (1) month following the award of the prize and installation must occur and be completed within six (6) months of confirmed notification. Installation of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Sponsor’s standard installation guidelines. Acceptance of the prize may require entering into a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law.
All prizes are awarded “AS IS.” Neither Sponsor nor Sponsor Affiliates make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize. Gift cards awarded as a prize are subject to terms and conditions of gift card issuer(s). Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner may waive the right to receive a prize. Prizes consist only of the items listed, are non-assignable, non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will determine all prize details (brand, model, size, etc.) in its sole discretion. Winner may be required to provide his/her valid Social Security Number to Sponsor for tax purposes and/or complete an IRS W-9 form in order to claim a prize. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize value and, as applicable, will be issued an IRS Form 1099 based on the prize value determined by Sponsor. NOTIFICATION: Potential winner(s) will be notified by Sponsor or another designated representative via email or phone call on or about the winner selection date. If potential winners do not respond to the notification within a timely manner, as determined solely by Sponsor, Sponsor may conduct additional random drawings to select additional potential winners. Potential winner must respond to the notification message within three (3) days of the announcement and provide all requested information within three (3) days of the first contact or attempted contact from Sponsor. Sponsor may require winner(s) to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release forms and other applicable documents. All required documents must be completed and returned to Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of the date and time listed on the documents. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is disqualified, or fails to timely execute and return any required forms, an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries. Upon making contact with a winner, Sponsor shall notify the individual of his or her having been selected as a winner, and Sponsor shall set an appointment to meet the winner in person at the winner’s residence within fourteen (14) days of the date of contact.
